Article Processing Charges (APC) Information

At the Asian Research Association, we are committed to the global dissemination of knowledge through full open access publishing. As a non-profit organization, we ensure that all articles in our journals are freely accessible to readers worldwide without financial barriers.

To sustain this open access model, we charge a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication. This fee helps cover essential publishing costs such as peer review management, web hosting and maintenance, CrossRef services, digital preservation, editorial staff compensation, professional formatting, and the broad dissemination of published content.

Article Processing Fees

For articles accepted in the International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Technovation, the APCs are:

For Indian Authors : 25,000 INR

For Foreign Authors : $ 500 USD

Waivers and Discounts

We recognize the financial challenges some authors face, particularly those from low- and middle-income countries. In support of equitable access to publishing, we offer APC waivers or discounts of up to 25% to eligible applicants.

To maintain transparency and fairness, only five waiver or discount requests will be considered per journal issue. These are evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important:

  • Waiver or discount requests must be submitted at the time of initial manuscript submission.
  • Requests received after peer review begins or post-acceptance will not be considered.
  • All waiver/discount requests are evaluated independently and do not influence the editorial decision.

For eligibility criteria or to apply for a waiver or discount, please contact us at the time of submission.

How to Pay Your APC

Upon acceptance, authors will receive an invoice detailing the applicable APC and payment instructions.

We sincerely appreciate your contribution to open access publishing and your role in advancing global research.
