Article Processing Charges (APC) Information

International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Technovation (IRJMT) is a fully open access journal. All articles published in IRJMT are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription or access charges for readers.

To support the publication and dissemination of open access content, IRJMT charges a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts that are accepted for publication. The APC supports the costs of manuscript handling, editorial administration, peer review management, professional production, website hosting and maintenance, DOI registration, digital preservation, and dissemination of published articles.

APC Amount

The Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted for publication in International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Technovation (IRJMT) is For Indian Authors : 35,000 INR, For Foreign Authors : $ 700 USD.

Other Author Charges

IRJMT does not charge any submission fee, editorial processing fee, page charge, colour charge, or publication-stage fee other than the APC stated above.

Waiver / Discount Policy

IRJMT does not offer APC waivers. In limited and exceptional cases, IRJMT may consider a request for an APC discount from authors who do not have institutional, funder, or project support for APC payment.

A discount request must be submitted by the corresponding author at the time of initial manuscript submission. The request must include a brief explanation of the circumstances supporting the request. Requests submitted after peer review has begun, after an editorial decision has been made, or after acceptance will not be considered.

Any discount granted is determined on a case-by-case basis. The amount of any discount, if approved, may vary depending on the circumstances presented in the request. Submission of a discount request does not guarantee that a discount will be granted.

Editorial Independence

All matters relating to APCs and discount requests are handled separately from the editorial and peer review process. Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of academic merit, originality, relevance to the journal, and overall scholarly quality. An author’s request for a discount, or ability or inability to pay, will not influence the peer review process, editorial evaluation, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript.

Payment Terms

The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an invoice and payment instructions.

Policy Transparency

This APC Policy applies to all submissions to IRJMT and is published to ensure transparency for authors before submission. Any future change to APCs or discount policy will be updated on the journal website before it applies to new submissions.

IRJMT is committed to transparent publishing practices, ethical editorial standards, and the responsible dissemination of scholarly research through open access.
