Abstract

The relationship formed between men and women among the people involved in the production of human society is very important in the continuous life of human society. Even though it is seen as a relationship resulting from marriages, as incestuous marriages and extramarital marriages in the present day, these incestuous marriages have evolved into various changes in the production systems that have emerged in different periods and have reached the present state in accordance with the various changes that have occurred. The purpose of the study is to examine how the elements of marriages from the early period to the present are recorded from a materialistic perspective in the novels of the writer R. Murugavel and to compare them with the present.
