Abstract

The article attempts to make a contribution to overcome the existing deficits in environmental governance. The main objective is to identify performance indicators. By adopting a managerial approach, how can we overcome the deficits in territorial environmental governance? Economic intelligence is seen as a solution to existing deficits in this area.
